National Panels & Omnibus

As Vice President, Panel Strategy, Laura leads the Panel Strategy and Development group, providing a range of panel strategy and operations services, serving both custom panel clients and the Angus Reid Strategies.

Laura oversees both the RAMPs division, responsible for developing and managing the Vision Critical Group's own proprietary panels: the Angus Reid Forum in Canada and Springboard America, as well as the Panel Consulting and Recruitment practice offering recruitment solutions and strategic consulting to custom panel clients. PSD also provides the key panel retention services of incentive management and panellist communications.

Prior to running PSD, Laura focussed on providing strategic consultation to Vision Critical's custom panel clients, particularly those requiring deeper architecture, international, niche or complex audience requirements.

Laura previously spent five years at leading online research agency YouGov, based in the UK where she was Panel Manager. There she was responsible both for the management of YouGov's proprietary national panels and for key client accounts involving custom panel development, including for CNN, the Health Foundation, HSBC Bank and The British Venture Capital Association. Laura also handled the set-up and launch of YouGov's pioneering Middle East panel and was a key member of the team responsible for the company's election polling successes.

Her particular areas of expertise are in panel development strategy and recruitment, panel analytics and panel quality and engagement practice, and has addressed conferences and authored papers on these topics.

Laura has an MA (Hons) from Oxford University in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and the Advanced Certificate in Market & Social Research Practice (MRS, UK).
