Leigh has nearly 20 years of experience in market research, strategy and business planning in the technology and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Angus Reid Strategies, she was with GfK Global Custom Research as a Global Key Account Manager. Previously, Leigh spent 6 years with Ipsos Insight in San Francisco helping to build the West Coast office and technology practice.

Leigh has managed hundreds of qualitative and quantitative research for global clients, involving market segmentation, new product feasibility and market assessment, product configuration, price sensitivity, positioning and brand image.

Leigh has a MS in Economics from the University of California and a BA in Economics/Art from Middlebury College, VT.

As a Senior Vice President with Angus Reid Strategies, Chris' focus is on research in the technology field. Chris' experience includes a wide range of research projects, having conducted research projects for companies in the wireless communications, telecommunications, software, and electronic commerce sectors.

Chris' abilities traverse multiple project types including concept testing, customer satisfaction research, market profiling, and advertising testing. Chris has been frequently quoted in Canada's leading newspapers, and has made numerous television appearances on ROB TV, CBC, and CTV discussing Canadian technology trends.

Chris has a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Marketing from Simon Fraser University.

Matt is a Senior Vice President with Angus Reid Strategies and leader of our Chicago office. Matt specializes in managing custom consultative research partnerships with leaders in the Technology, Media, Entertainment and Consumer Package Goods sectors, including the methodological design, execution, and analysis of quantitative primary consumer research initiatives.

Over the course of his research career, Matt has gained a reputation for designing and implementing unique hybrid methodological approaches that best meet the strategic research objectives of his clients, as well as employing cutting edge advanced statistical techniques to better understand the data collected.

Matt comes to Angus Reid Strategies from Ipsos, where he was a business unit and thought leader in the firm's media and technology practice. In addition, Matt has the unique perspective of having designed and developed the groundbreaking quantitative research initiative "TEMPO: Keeping Pace with Digital Music Behaviors", which has measured and tracked global consumer digital media behavior since 1998, with sponsors from the retail, consumer electronics, computer hardware and software industries.

A frequent writer and commentator on emerging media engagement, brand management, product innovation and youth behaviors, Matt brings a compelling blend of media and marketing research experience to client engagements and executive presentations.

Matt attended the University of Minnesota, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, specializing in geo-political economic theory.

Kim has over 10 years of market research and marketing experience in the technology industry, with her primary area of expertise being global research. Kim delivers both a supplier-side and client-side perspective, having most recently established a global market research department at Lowepro, and previously managing custom quantitative and qualitative research for 6 years at Ipsos Insight.

Kim has led custom research studies in over 30 countries for the world's leading technology companies. She specializes in new product development and optimization, consumer purchasing behavior, market segmentation, and brand positioning.

Kim holds a BA in Anthropology from UC Berkeley.

Annie has over a decade of market research and marketing experience with focus in the technology and telecommunications industries.  Annie provides a unique perspective with her supplier, client and agency-side experience, most recently leading the marketing communications efforts for Peek, a company that provides a mobile email solution for consumers.  Previously, Annie led the West Region research initiatives at the PR agency, Ketchum, and managed the San Francisco advertising and brand tracking research team for Ipsos ASI.  She also brings significant telecommunications research expertise from her tenure at Nielsen Mobile.

Annie has conducted a variety of studies including new-to-market product research, pricing, customer satisfaction, brand positioning and messaging, in-market advertising evaluation and PR measurement.  She graduated with a degree in History from Princeton University
