Yola leads Angus Reid Strategies' global health practice. With eighteen years of global experience she partners with clients to provide actionable business solutions and build thought leadership in health. Yola specializes in providing strategic insight on Rx market targeting, branding, communication, sales force optimization and corporate communications. Her work also contributes to the design of public education campaigns and community based health programs. Yola is also the co-author of numerous medical journal articles highlighting unmet health needs

Prior to her arrival at ARS, Yola spent ten years at Ipsos where she played a pivotal role in the development of Ipsos' Global Health offer across the Pharmaceutical Health, Public Affairs and Advertising divisions and led the Canadian Health Practice. She has also conducted research at both Sunnybrook Cancer Centre and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), a WHO collaborative research centre.

Patrick has 23 years of experience in research.  Before joining Angus Reid Strategies' Montreal office Patrick spent 12 years at Ipsos France where he was Managing Director of the Health Division and led a team of 16 research consultants.  He played a pivotal role in the development of Ipsos' Global Health offer for the Pharmaceutical industry.

Patrick has a Masters (DEA) in Sociology and in Political Sciences (Institut d'Etudes Politique de Paris). He has 20 years experience in the field of Market Research for the pharmaceutical industry.

Jaime provides strategic advice to pharmaceutical and biomedical marketers to help evaluate brand positioning, marketing efforts and communication development and programs. Her areas of expertise revolve around brand and communication optimization throughout a product's lifecycle.

Jaime has over eight years of consulting and research experience in the healthcare industry. Previously, she spent six years at Ipsos where she was a key member of the health division, partnering with pharmaceutical marketers to provide high-end analysis and recommendations.

Jaime's experience spans many therapeutic areas. Most recently, she has conducted research in the areas of Women's Health Issues, Oncology, HIV, Ophthalmics, Smoking Cessation and Diabetes. Additionally, she has led custom research studies in over 25 countries for the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.

Jaime received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, where she majored in Psychology.

With 12+ years of research expertise, Leigh spent 6 years at Ipsos where she led a team of 8 research consultants and played a pivotal role in growth of the U.S. health practice.

Leigh provides actionable recommendations to healthcare marketers across all stages of the brand lifecycle. Her areas of expertise include targeting, branding development and communication, concept testing and sales force optimization.

Leigh's experience spans many therapeutic areas. Most recently, she has conducted research in the areas of Cardiovascular disease, Metabolic syndrome, Diabetes, Oncology and Virology.

Leigh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Williams College and a Master of Arts degree in Social Psychology from Northwestern University.

A twenty-year research veteran, Andrew leads ARS in the development of innovative and informative analytics and approaches to research. Andrew is the author of numerous research products and measurement scales, with applications in a wide range of areas including branding, social capital, health and religion. Global social and marketing research is also a focus of Andrew's work.

Andrew has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters and has been quoted in publications as varied as The Economist and the Kingston Whig Standard (which referred to him an as an "upholsterer").

Prior to joining ARS, Andrew was General Manager and Chief Research Officer of Ipsos Insight Health, where he led a North American-wide team of 50 researchers.

Jane Tang brings more than 10 years of experience in statistics and marketing sciences to Angus Reid Strategies.  At ARS, Jane is responsible for developing the data services department, product development, providing statistical support to Market Researchers in the organization, and conducting advanced analytical analyses for clients. 

Jane was previously Vice President, Marketing Sciences at Ipsos-Insight.   Jane primarily focused on the pharmaceutical, technology, lottery and gaming industries, specialized in the application of Hierarchical Bayes methods to discrete choice modeling and segmentations as well as driver analysis models and cross-national comparisons in global studies.   She was also responsible for the research and development on statistical methodologies.  Jane was a frequent speaker at research conferences including the AMA's Advanced Techniques Forum and Sawtooth Software Conference.

Jane has a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science, both in Statistics from University of Manitoba.   She is also a graduate of the Sampling Program for Survey Statisticians (SPSS) at the Survey Research Center, University of Michigan.
