Demitry, as a Senior Vice President of Angus Reid Strategies, based out of our New York office, has extensive research experience with a heavy emphasis on financial services and customer satisfaction & loyalty research. He was most recently an SVP with Ipsos Loyalty, where he led the U.S. Financial Services Loyalty team and developed a Global Financial Service product offering.

Demitry has had vast experience developing online and offline client panels, as well as developing high-end B-to-B survey systems and leading key company-wide operational process improvements for the Loyalty business line. He has a broad range of research skills from the design and development of programs, through operations, client management and full service high-end analytics.

Demitry also spent nearly three years at Morgan Stanley, where he co-managed the Global Client and Employee Feedback Program, which ran firm-wide, worldwide, across divisions at Morgan Stanley. His invaluable experience at Morgan Stanley working with senior management and structuring programs to meet internal needs is a huge asset for our team.

Demitry received a BA in Psychology from Emory University. He lives in Fort Lee, New Jersey with his wife Ella and their new son Jase.

David is a Vice President with Angus Reid Strategies, based in Toronto.  His areas of specialization include brand positioning research, market segmentation, usage & attitude research and concept testing.  Prior to joining Angus Reid Strategies, David worked at a global boutique research consultancy where he conducted quantitative and qualitative research across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, retail, beverage alcohol, financial services, government and not-for-profit.  David is also an experienced focus group moderator.

David has an Undergraduate degree in Economics from McGill University and a Masters degree in Journalism from Carleton University.  He has also worked at several media outlets, including the Ottawa Citizen, Report on Business Television and the CBC.

As a Vice President with Angus Reid Strategies, Michelle is a senior research consultant focused on the financial services sector. Prior to joining Angus Reid Strategies, Michelle spent 5 years at a boutique research consultancy firm focused on image and branding research. She also spent 4 years at a large global market research firm concentrating on retail and consumer goods before specializing in financial services research in New York.

Michelle's financial services expertise encompasses both quantitative and qualitative experience focused on national and regional issues surrounding retail banking, card services, investment, mortgage, insurance and wealth management. With a custom approach and analytic expertise Michelle has engaged in numerous research projects within the consumer, small business and corporate segments supporting new product and service development, product/ service optimization and forecasting, channel strategies, brand equity and positioning, segmentation, and market understanding/ tracking.

Michelle holds a Bachelors degree from The University of British Columbia (Economics) and a Masters degree from the University of Toronto (Economics).
